Frequently asked questions

  • Choose the tote package that fits your move, then we deliver clean, sanitized, ready-to-pack totes right to your door — no cardboard boxes or tape required. Use the reusable dry-erase labels to organize by room, and when you're unpacked, we come pick them back up.

  • Totes rent for 2 weeks or 4 weeks, whichever fits your move. Standard delivery and pickup runs Mondays and Fridays across the Tulsa metro area; midweek Fairy Express delivery may be available for an additional fee.

  • A flat $35 fee applies per tote that's damaged, excessively soiled, or not returned. For $10, you can add our Damage & Loss Waiver at booking — with the waiver, you owe nothing for damaged or lost totes under normal use.

  • Yes — our Fairy Helper service gives you dedicated, hands-on help in simple 2-hour ($99) or 4-hour ($189) sessions. No need for someone to stay your whole move, just the time you actually need.

  • That's what Concierge is for — we build your personalized moving checklist and coordinate the logistics: utility transfers, U-Haul or moving truck research and booking, and keeping your move on track, so you're not the one on hold with the cable company.
