How It Works

Moving is already a big job. Finding boxes doesn't have to be.

Book online, choose your rental period, and reserve your delivery date. We'll bring clean, sanitized, ready-to-pack totes straight to your door. When you're unpacked, we come back and grab them — no cardboard to build, tape to peel, or boxes to break down and haul to the recycling bin.

Just pack, move, unpack — and let The Tote Fairy handle the rest. 🧚

How It Works

1. Choose & Book — Pick the tote package that fits your move, choose your rental length, and select a delivery date that works for you.

2. Delivery Day — Your totes arrive clean, sanitized, and ready to pack. We'll send reminders so you always know when your delivery is on its way.

3. Pack, Move & Unpack — Use the reusable dry-erase labels to organize totes by room, contents, or priority. Attached lids keep everything secure and stacked.

4. Pickup Day — Once you're unpacked, just empty the totes and leave them ready to go. We'll send a reminder and take care of the rest.

How We Keep Every Tote Clean

Cardboard boxes get used once and thrown away — but for reusable totes to actually be better for the planet, they have to be genuinely clean between every rental, not just "reused." Here's what happens to every tote before it reaches your door:

  • Inspected for damage or wear after each return
  • Washed to remove dirt, residue, and debris
  • Sanitized with a process designed to leave totes fresh, not just rinsed
  • Air-dried completely before being packed away
  • Quality-checked one more time before loading for delivery

We ask that totes come back empty and free of excessive dirt, food, liquids, pet waste, hazardous materials, or anything else requiring specialized cleaning.

Delivery & Pickup Details

Standard delivery and pickup routes run Mondays and Fridays across the Tulsa metro area. Midweek Fairy Express delivery may be available for an additional fee.
