Think of this as insurance for your rental. The $25 Damage Waiver, charged at checkout, protects you from being charged for accidental damage that happens during normal use — a stained blanket, a scuffed dolly, a strap showing some wear. With the waiver, that kind of damage is on us, not you.

What this waiver does not cover: lost or stolen items. If something goes missing entirely, the waiver doesn't apply — full replacement cost is charged regardless:
